You may submit any of the following:

  • Drawing or model in native Ashlar-Vellum file format
  • Detailed engineering drawing in PDF format
  • Photo-realistic rendering in JPG format
  • Scanned or digital photograph of real product in use in JPG format
  • 60-second animation at 6430x480 QuickTime format with or without voiceover (must include rights to any music used)

A signed release form must accompany the submissions giving Ashlar-Vellum clear release to use the files for marketing, training and demonstration purposes.

  11. Please attach or forward renderings, drawings and original drawing files of your favorite or most recent designs. FTP or Website where we could download images.
  12. Please include original file digital photos, for example: designer and/or team with finished product, designer at work with drawings on screen, designer/team with customer(s). Action shots a plus.

Any work, originally done for outside clients, must be cleared by the client prior to submission, or have identifying references removed from the file to protect the client’s privacy, at the client’s preference.
